West Palm Beach, FL – February 13, 2009 – Security Networks, a diversified full service life safety solutions company, has hired Jack O’Brien as Vice President of operations for their Marlin Central Monitoring unit. Mr. O’Brien will oversee all operational activities of the central station; direct technology upgrades, integration, and performance of all of the company’s call centers and provide operational support to our business development activities.

Mr. O’Brien has over 25 years of experience in the security industry including 12 years with Wells Fargo as a general manager before joining ADT as general manager of the customer service center for the greater New York region.
He has also held positions as director of the Rollins National Center in Atlanta and later director of North American Services at Siemens. In 2001 Jack led SBC to one of the first alarm monitoring centers to achieve ISO 9002 certification.
