Security Networks Partners with NASA Security - Transaction Includes Account Purchase and Affiliate Partnership

West Palm Beach, FL- September 15, 2008 – Security Networks, a diversified full service life safety solutions company providing security monitoring and related services, announced today that it has acquired certain assets of Crimebusters, Inc. dba NASA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed but Security Networks CEO Rich Perry said “the acquisition adds approximately $50,000 in recurring monthly revenue. NASA Security has a great reputation and has provided sales, installation and monitoring services to their customers for more than 20 years. The well established customer base, low attrition rate as well as the healthy account mix between residential and commercial fits in well within our existing account base and footprint. ”

As part of the agreement, NASA will join the Security Networks Affiliate program and will market and install Security Networks products and services while Security Networks assumes the monitoring and warranty service on the accounts. NASA will also receive Security Networks exclusive sales and marketing support, fast track funding services, and will participate in the company’s affiliate lead generation program.

“We looked at proposals from several companies but chose Security Networks because they share our commitment of providing quality service to our customers, and quite frankly, put together the most comprehensive partnership package we have seen,” said Jim Kimes, owner of NASA. We weren’t ready to retire from the security industry and Security Networks put together a program that allows us to maintain our independence and at the same time gave us the liquidity we were looking for. We believe Security Networks affiliate program will help us gain even more market share,” Kimes said.
